As one of Germany’s first producers of polyurethane flexible foams, Formpolster GmbH was founded in Löhne (East-Westphalia) in 1951. Today, our company is part of MBB SE based in Berlin.

We exclusively produce our foams at our own foam manufacturing plant at the Löhne-Gohfeld plant. To ensure that our products meet our high standards of quality, we exclusively use harmless raw materials of reputable manufacturers, complying with the most discerning requirements. Our qualified employees monitor and check the entire production process. This is how we make sure that our products and services are always of the same uncompromising quality. Our certifications following DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and LGA underline the demands we place on quality. All polyurethane flexible foams, mattresses, mattress cores, toppers, and pillows are additionally certified following the Öko-Tex Standard 100, Product Class 1 for baby items by the Hohenstein Institute.

With our partially proprietarily developed plant system and comprehensive storage and logistics concept, we offer our customers complete dropshipping fulfillment. Your orders are managed online and with the highest degree of data security through electronic interfaces. Your mattresses are manufactured following our latest standards of production and hygiene and packed into a cover specially provided for you, after which they are packaged in rolls and shipped in custom shipping cartons following modern drop-shipping guidelines. Each drop shipment is handled in a reliable and transparent manner, usually with parcel delivery geared towards the needs of the end customer. This makes us faster and more flexible than the competition, with greater consistency of product quality. As a result, our customers are always satisfied and stay loyal for many years.
