Mattresses – Core structure

Mono-core

The mattress core consists of a single foam component.
Lateral and cross-sectional cuts serve as ventilation ducts.
Can be designed as a mattress with 3, 5, 7, or more zones.
The mattresses can be rotated and turned. Both sides are suitable for sleeping on.

Multi-layer core

The mattress core consists of two foam components.
Base core: Lateral and cross-sectional cuts serve as ventilation ducts. Can be designed as a mattress with 3, 5, 7, or more zones.
Core support: Consists of various quality foams with different properties (visco-foam support, hyper-soft support, gel-foam support, etc.)
The mattress can be rotated.

Pocket-spring core

Pocket-spring mattresses (PSM) are a higher-quality member of the spring-core mattress family. They have a core support with a chamber system that usually consists of several hundred steel springs, individually packed into fabric pockets.
